Monticello Company looking for 1st Shift Skilled Maintenance
Job Duties, Including but not limited to:
- Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose problem and repair machine.
- Dismantle defective machine/equipment and install new/repaired part.
- Clean / lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machine.
- Install / repair electrical apparatus such as transformers / wiring and electrical and electronic components.
- Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe system and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair / replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Install programs or repair automated machinery and equipment.
- Set up and operate lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair / fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools.
- Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Determine malfunction of industrial truck in order to plan work procedures for repair.
- Install new ignition systems, brake repairs, change or recharge batteries.
