Trailer Manufacturing Assembler

Position Summary

We're looking for dependable Assemblers to join a trailer manufacturing team. This position involves hands-on assembly of trailer components using hand and power tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

  • Assemble trailer components and parts according to specifications and production requirements.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, drills, impact drivers, and other basic equipment.

  • Install brackets, hardware, wiring, flooring, doors, lights, and other trailer components.

  • Measure, align, and secure components to ensure proper fit and quality.

  • Read and follow basic work instructions, drawings, and assembly diagrams.

  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and proper installation.

  • Perform basic fabrication, drilling, cutting, grinding, or fastening as needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

  • Assist coworkers and move materials throughout the production area.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.

  • Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting.

  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around noise, tools, and equipment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to work. Previous trailer or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
