Perform preventative and routine maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.

Diagnose equipment problems and complete repairs as quickly and safely as possible.

Install, maintain, and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, bearings, belts, gears, and other mechanical components.

Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including sensors, switches, motors, and control components.

Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and document completed work.

Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications.

Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance machinery safely.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment concerns to supervisors.

Follow all OSHA, company, and safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance area.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
-
Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
