Painting Technician
7:00am-3:30pm M-F
$18.00/hr+
We are hiring a Machine Painter / Sandblaster for a hands-on industrial shop position in Elkhart, IN. This role will focus on prepping parts and machinery for paint, sandblasting, and applying paint to industrial equipment.
Job Duties:
Prepare parts and machines for painting
Sandblast parts and equipment
Sand, clean, mask, and prime surfaces
Paint industrial machines and components
Inspect finished work and complete touch-ups as needed
Keep work area clean and safe
Assist with general shop duties as needed
Preferred Experience:
Machine painting or industrial painting experience
Sandblasting experience preferred
Experience using sanders, grinders, hand tools, and prep equipment
Ability to work in a shop environment
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
