Job Details

Skilled CNC Grinder responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual infeed grinders, center grinding machines, and Sunnen hones to manufacture tight-tolerance aerospace components. Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, and process documentation to ensure compliance with specifications. Performs first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment, while adjusting machine offsets and parameters to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoots machining issues, documents production and inspection results, and maintains a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S, AS9100, safety, and company requirements.
