Job Title: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: Based on experience (BOE)
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical, CNC, and robotic systems in accordance with standard trade practices. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to supporting production through preventative and emergency maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, CNC, and robotic systems with minimal supervision
- Reprogram PLC ladder logic and utilize software tools for diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Perform and document preventative maintenance on all production equipment
- Support and train other maintenance personnel as needed
- Assist in planning and executing maintenance tasks during production downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Act as department lead in the absence of the supervisor or group leader

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Work in environments with noise, heat, and confined spaces
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Skills Required:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480V 3-phase, VFDs, sensors, relays)
- Proficiency in reading and modifying PLC ladder logic
- Experience with CNC equipment, robotics, and automation systems
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Computer proficiency including CMMS, OEM software, and Microsoft Office
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with CNC, PLC, and robotic systems
Education Required:
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field or
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
