CDL A Driver – Regional (Home Daily)
Type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM (day shift)
Location: Regional routes within Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable CDL A Driver to join our team. This role involves transporting trusses between the shop and customer sites, with routes typically up to three hours one way. Drivers will handle deliveries, vehicle inspections, and safe operation of company equipment. This is a home-daily position with consistent regional travel.
Key Responsibilities

Transport trusses safely and efficiently to customer sites

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs

Keep vehicle clean, safe, and legally roadworthy

Load and unload trusses using forklift and hand tools

Process delivery paperwork accurately

Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Physical Requirements

Lift up to 75 lbs.

Climb, bend, reach, and work in all weather conditions

Sit for extended periods while driving
Skills & Qualities

Valid CDL A license

Safety-focused and dependable

Able to work independently

Comfortable with regional travel (up to 3 hours one way)
