Job Full Description
The 3rd Shift Racker position is responsible for plating various metal products by hanging and preparing parts for processing, inspecting items to ensure quality and accuracy, assembling components as needed, and packaging finished parts for shipment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently handle parts around 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as racking parts above shoulder height, bending, and stooping. It is a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing position ideal for individuals comfortable working overnight hours and staying active throughout their shift.
