Job Full Description
This 2nd Shift Racker position is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential, supporting metal plating operations. Responsibilities include hanging and preparing parts for processing, inspecting for quality and accuracy, assembling components as needed, and packaging finished products for shipment. The role requires working efficiently to rack parts in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail to ensure smooth production flow. The position operates in a clean, climate-controlled indoor environment on an afternoon/evening schedule, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting around 25 pounds, and regular bending, stooping, and overhead work.
