$27–$32/hour | Nappanee, IN
We're looking for a hands on Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a mechanical mindset. This position starts on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For

Previous industrial maintenance or equipment repair experience.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

Electrical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.

Comfortable working independently and solving problems.

Willingness to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd.
