Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with an Ellsworth, IA company that is seeking additional Production Workers! This is a full-time, evaluation to hire opportunity with a pay rate starting at $16/hr!
The ideal candidate for this role should have prior production experience and must be comfortable rotating throughout the production rooms.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with some overtime available
- Casual clothing is preferred in this environment; clothes will get dirty!
- This environment can be dusty and dirty; candidate must be comfortable with the environment and working on an assembly line
Duties:
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
- Fill and seal packages with animal feed
- Tape and stack boxes onto pallets
- Prepare finished products for shipment
Production Line Worker Requirements:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload, lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
