Job Full Description
Express Employment has partnered with a local Story City, IA company that is seeking an additional Production Worker to join their team! The main responsibility for this position will be to assist with assembling different lighting cables.
This is a great long-term, evaluation-to-hire full-time position starting at $15/hr! The ideal candidate will have prior carpentry and/or glass installation experience.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:30pm
- Casual work clothes are preferred, jeans and t-shirt, must be comfortable with getting clothes dirty
- Closed toed shoes are preferred
- This is a small family-owned business, must be comfortable in a smaller environment
Duties:
- Assemble different lighting (cables and small pieces)
- Testing, quality checks, and packaging materials
- Light lifting
Skills/Experience Needed:
- MUST have prior cable assembling experience
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs
