Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local Ames, IA company seeking an experienced Crew Chief to join their team! This is a full-time position, with an opportunity to be long-term. This position starts at $218/hr, dependent on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm (work until job is done)
- This is a restoration company that specializes in residential and commercial cleanup
- Casual clothing is preferred, must be comfortable and lightweight to move around in. Work boots are preferred
Duties:
- Restoration and clean up at job sites
- Clean up housing damaged by fires, storms, & flooding
- Leading and coaching technicians
- Assisting with managing job sites under the Project Manager
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Must have strong coaching skills
- Must be dependable and have the ability to lead a team
- Prior restoration experience is a plus!
