Job Full Description
Express Employment has partnered with a local Nevada, IA company that is seeking an additional Press Operator to join their team! The main responsibility for this position will be to handle printed forms and prepare items for shipment.
This is a great long-term, evaluation-to-hire full-time position starting at $18/hr! The ideal candidate will have prior press operating experience.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
- Casual work clothes are preferred, jeans and t-shirt, must be comfortable with getting clothes dirty
- This company is a leading provider in the financial market, must be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment
Duties:
- Operate drill, padder, stitcher, cutter, and wrapper
- Box according to purchase order and production sheet at boxing station
- Prepare packing slips and labels
- Verify product is produced and shipped as required
Skills/Experience Needed:
- MUST have prior press operating experience and be familiar with measuring tools
- Must be able to follow purchase orders and interpret instructions
- This is a heavy lifting position, candidate must be comfortable with heavy lifting!
