Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local Nevada, IA company seeking an experienced Production Operator! The main responsibility for this position will be to work with manufacturing machines to create product.
This is a great long-term, full-time position with career potential! The pay-rate for this position is $20.25/hr. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least two years of experience working in a production/manufacturing environment.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
- In this manufacturing environment, you will work as a team to ensure quality products are provided for consumers
- Casual clothes are preferred
Duties:
- Working with a machine that cuts blank pieces of material
- Stacking multiple pieces at a time
- Moving back and forth around the machine to the packaging area
- Cleaning/organizing the production floor
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Ability to count accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be physically fit/capable of constant motion throughout the shift
