Job Full Description
Express Employment of Ames has partnered with a local Webster City, IA company currently seeking a Lab Technician to join their growing team! The main responsibilities in this role will be to treat infected organisms. This is a full-time, seasonal opportunity, starting at $20/hr!
Environment:
- This is a Monday-Friday schedule 10:00am-5:00pm
- Must be comfortable working in a lab environment with various materials and equipment
- As a nationwide company, they are committed to supporting farmers around the United States with affordable and accessible products
Duties:
- Inoculating worms with nematodes
- Carrying and lifting trays of soil with good and bad nematodes
- Documenting treated materials
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Good attention to detail
- Familiarity with lab equipment
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar work environment
