Express Employment Professionals of Ames, IA has partnered with a local Ames, IA company seeking a Leasing Agent to join their team! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a pay rate starting at $18/hr, dependent on experience!
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using various social media platforms and should be comfortable communicating and collaborating with potential tenants.
Environment:
- This is a locally-owned management group specialized in multi-family property management
- This is a Monday-Friday schedule, (flexible hours)
- With this position, attire will be business casual/business professional
Duties:
- Taking calls and directing clients and tenants to the correct department after initial investigation and possible resolution
- Scheduling maintenance activities with maintenance team
- Providing tours and able to communicate company process to potential tenants
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Comfortable working with social media platforms
- Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must have prior experience working with computer software
