Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a Webster City, IA company that is seeking additional General Laborers! This is a full-time, evaluation to hire opportunity with a pay rate starting at $18/hr!
The ideal candidate for this role should have prior production experience and must be comfortable rotating throughout the warehouse.
Environment:
- This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm with some overtime available
- Casual clothing is preferred in this environment; steel toed shoes are required! Additional PPE will be provided
- Candidate must be comfortable working in a dirty industrial environment, warehouse is not temperature-controlled
Duties:
- Assists in production, handling materials, packaging products, cleaning, and supporting operators
- Loading and unloading products with pallet jacks or by hand
- Light assembly, cleaning drums, and other general labor tasks as assigned
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments preferred
- Ability to handle physical workload, lifting up to 50lbs
- Ability to work well in teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
