Job Full Description
Assist in maintaining and repairing HVAC units, appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing
Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, polish, and wax floors
Perform skilled carpentry duties
Mow and trim lawns and brush
Use wide range of powered and non-powered hand tools such as drills, sanders, sewage line cleaners, saws, etc.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Completion of high school or GED
Has a current Kansas driver's license
