We’re hiring an experienced Auto Tint Installer to join a professional, high-performing team! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and want to grow into flat glass work (where you can earn up to $500/day), this is your shot.
What You’ll Do:

Install high-quality tint (XPEL, etc.) on a range of vehicles

Deliver clean, precise, bubble-free results

Work independently in a well-organized, drama-free shop

Handle larger vehicles using ladders/scaffolding when needed

Engage with customers and coworkers respectfully
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on automotive tinting experience (REQUIRED)

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Self-motivated and reliable

Comfortable sharing examples/photos of previous installs

Interest or experience in flat glass is a major plus
