Foundation Repair Laborer
Location: Olathe
Pay: $19.00 – $28.00/HR (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – ~3:00/3:30 PM
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
A growing construction company is hiring Foundation Repair Technicians to support residential projects. This is a hands-on, physical role focused on structural repair work in and around homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install foundation repair systems (piers, restraints, anchors)
- Perform general construction labor on residential job sites
- Assist with excavation and site prep as needed
- Train and learn the trade with their experienced team
- Maintain clean and safe work environments
- Follow project timelines and work orders
Requirements:
- 1+ year of construction experience required
- Experience in foundation, concrete, or structural work preferred but not required
- Willing to TRAIN
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor (lifting, kneeling, working on hands and knees)
- Reliable transportation to the shop/job site
- English-speaking required (customer interaction)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM (required)
- Typical end time around 3:00–3:30 PM
- Optional Saturdays depending on workload, some OT available
