Position: Forklift Order Picker - 2nd shift
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM (½ hour lunch break) – Enjoy 3-day weekends! Overtime as needed.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Order Picker to jump into our Operations crew. You’ll pick customer orders and internal transfers with precision and speed, keeping our warehouse running smooth. If you’re reliable, forklift-savvy, and ready to contribute to a positive vibe, this role is your shot to shine!
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately and on time using handheld scanners.
- Check shipping methods and resolve any hiccups.
- Hand off orders to the shipping team or will-call support.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Operate standard and stand-up forklifts safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with basic English reading/writing and math skills.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience (no job hoppers, please!).
- Forklift experience (standard and stand-up) – a must.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and bend/reach overhead.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and customer-service minded.
