Warehouse Associate (Outbound) - Pack Mule Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a busy outbound warehouse team. This position is responsible for picking customer orders, packing parts, and preparing shipments for distribution. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to accuracy and productivity.

Location: Olathe, KS
Employment Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire)
Work Conditions: Warehouse / Distribution Center
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Current Work Hours (Overtime): Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Regular Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will support outbound warehouse operations by accurately picking customer orders, packing parts, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position utilizes picking carts and pack mules to efficiently move products throughout the warehouse while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Overtime is currently available, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to maximize their earnings.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using a picking cart or pack mule
• Accurately pack parts for shipment
• Verify order accuracy before shipment
• Prepare products for shipping according to company standards
• Organize and stage completed orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Willingness to work overtime while available

Skills Required

• Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements
