Apartment Maintenance Technician – HVAC/EPA Certified

🔧 What You’ll Do

Perform general apartment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)

Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

Prepare units for new residents (turns/make‑readies)

Maintain grounds and common areas as needed

Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
