About the Role
We are seeking candidates with strong light-manufacturing or fabrication experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires working with tools and performing tasks that involve strength and precision. 💪
Key Responsibilities
- 🏋️ Heavy lifting and moving conveyor belting, hoses, and related materials
- ✂️ Cutting, rolling, and handling rubber materials
- 🔨 Driving rivets using hammers and other tools
- 🔄 Dragging and rolling belting for installation or repair
- 🛠️ Performing general maintenance and fabrication tasks as needed
Qualifications
- ✅ Proven experience in maintenance, fabrication, or light manufacturing
- 💪 Comfortable with physical labor and working in an active environment
- 🧰 Ability to safely operate hand tools and equipment
- 🔍 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 🤝 Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Background
- ⚙️ Previous experience in conveyor systems, industrial maintenance, or similar fields
- 🏭 Familiarity with rubber materials and fabrication processes
- 🪚 Carpentry experience
