Overview

Responsibilities
- Assemble structural components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect and test assembled structures to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Document assembly processes and report any issues to management.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a structural assembler or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
