Position: Team Leader
Area: TMMK Paint
Shift: 1st 6:00AM-4:30PM

Primary Job Responsibilities and/or Tasks:
· Lead and participate in Pre and Post Shift Safety Meetings
· Review daily/weekend buy-off
· Determine Team Member(s) work assignments based on buy-off and scheduled tasks.
· Determine daily equipment, material needs for assigned tasks.
· Assign Team Member(s) to acquire equipment and material for jobs.
· Pull Work Instructions (WIS), Standard Inspection Sheets (SIS) for assigned tasks.
· Perform and lead Team to WIS, SIS, and Quality Standards (QS) requirement.
· Calculate buy-off hours to labor hours to determine efficiency of the task(s).
· Daily review of task improvement potential (SAVE).
· Coordinate Customer requests with Group Leader(s).
· Maintain availability for radio requests.
· Validate and buy off tasks upon completion.
· Verify that material and equipment are returned to proper location at completion of work and meet 5S standards.
· Determine proper protection equipment (PPE) and Lock out Tag out (LOTO) points for assigned area.
· Primary Authorized Employee (PAE) for ALL LOTO in assigned area.
· Perform s MacLellan Safety Audit record in SiteDocs
· Identify opportunities for Safety Improvement at least one per month.
· Complete assigned Desktop Safety Lesson on first week of each month.
· Perform pre and post operations checklist for forklift
· Operate Forklift & Tugger in a safe and productive manner
· Identify and mentor Team Members for advancement.

Position Qualifications:
· Exemplary attendance record.
· No prior safety violations.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Previous supervisory experience desired.
· Competent in the use of standard computer operations; Excel, Word, Outlook.
