About the Position:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing UTV manufacturing and customization company in Benton, KY. We're seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a talented team focused on building high-performance off-road vehicles and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate UTV frames, roll cages, bumpers, and custom parts

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel and aluminum

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication plans

Operate fabrication tools like grinders, saws, and drill presses

Inspect welds and final products for quality and precision
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Qualifications:

Proven welding and fabrication experience

Skilled in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding

Comfortable working with steel and aluminum
-
Ability to read and follow detailed technical drawings

Reliable, hardworking, and a team player with attention to detail
