What You'll Do:
As a BDR, you'll be the front-line ambassador of Express, driving growth by building strong relationships with businesses in the Paducah community. Your goal? Help companies solve their staffing challenges by introducing them to our customized workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and in-person visits

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Conduct client presentations and follow up on leads

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure excellent service delivery

Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals
What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of sales, business development, or B2B experience (staffing industry a plus!)

Strong communication and presentation skills

A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently

Enthusiasm for helping others and building partnerships

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
