Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Laborer to assist with wire handling, pulling, lifting, and swaging. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operates well in a team environment, and is eager to learn a skilled trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Pull and route wire according to job specifications
Lift, carry, and position wire spools and materials
Assist with swaging wire and securing fittings
Operate basic hand and power tools
Work closely with crew members and follow instructions from supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors or in variable conditions
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and good attendance record
Experience with wire work or construction is a plus, but not required
