Key Responsibilities:

Operate shear machine to cut metal materials to required dimensions

Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and cut lists

Measure and inspect materials for accuracy and quality

Set up and adjust machine settings as needed

Maintain clean work area and perform routine machine maintenance

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:

Experience operating a shear or similar metal cutting machine preferred

Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools

Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing throughout shift

Attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn

High school diploma or GED preferred
