We are a busy residential remodeling company working on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, siding, decks, and more. We are looking for a dependable Carpenter Helper / Laborer to assist with daily tasks. No formal experience required—just a good attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to show up ready to work.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist lead carpenters on residential remodel jobs

Handle demolition, site cleanup, and material prep

Use basic hand tools and power tools (training provided)

Load and unload materials

Follow instructions and support the team
Requirements:

Minimal construction experience OK – we will train

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours

Basic knowledge of tools and safety is a plus

Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
