Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, including after-hours calls as needed (on-call rotation required).

Repair and maintain interior and exterior structures, fixtures, appliances, and utilities.

Assist with turnover maintenance in vacant units including painting, drywall repair, fixture replacement, cleaning, and appliance installation.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Collaborate with property management staff to support resident satisfaction and property goals.
