Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Job Summary:
A full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician is needed to support maintenance operations across production and facility systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of automated and manual equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical control systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Ensure safe, efficient, and functional equipment performance through timely maintenance actions.

Maintain and update accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Support additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Work Environment:

Work performed in production areas, often around and beneath machinery.

Regular physical activity including lifting (frequently up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 75 lbs), pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, and standing.

Potential exposure to minor injuries (e.g., cuts, strains).
-
Standard schedule is daytime hours with occasional weekends or holidays as needed for emergencies.
