Position: General Ground Hand – Construction Site
Location: Harrisonburg, LA
Pay Rate: $12 per hour + overtime opportunities

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable General Ground Hands to assist with levee repair projects in Harrisonburg, LA. This is hands-on work supporting construction crews as they repair the levee section by section. The role is ideal for local candidates who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to be part of a solid team.

Schedule & Pay

  • 6 days per week

  • $12/hour starting pay

  • Overtime available

  • Steady work with a great crew

Responsibilities

  • Assist construction crew with general ground work

  • Move and handle materials and tools

  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite

  • Support the team as needed to keep projects moving

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and hardworking

  • Able to work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Must be local to Harrisonburg, LA or nearby areas

  • Construction experience is a plus, but not required
