Job Title: Make Ready Technician
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00-$18.00/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (weekend availability may be required)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Make Ready Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing equipment, work areas, and materials to ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment for production or maintenance needs

Perform general labor tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting technicians

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area

Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed

Support team members with various tasks to ensure readiness of operations
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, labor, or maintenance experience preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety guidelines

Dependable, with good communication and teamwork skills
