Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Alexandria, LA
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $15
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across our facility. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and able to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facility systems

Complete minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain clean and safe work areas

Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Collaborate with management on maintenance priorities and needed repairs
Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license required

Previous maintenance or facility technician experience preferred

HVAC experience preferred but not required
-
Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions

Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
