Job Full Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to services, billing, account management, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about services, billing, and account status

Process service requests, payments, and account updates

Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a utility or call center environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Proficient with computers and standard office software
-
Bilingual skills a plus
