Starting Pay: $16.50/hr | 12-Hour Shifts
We are hiring a dependable, safety-minded Treater to work in a wood products facility in Pineville, Louisiana. This role involves operating treating equipment, loading/unloading materials, and monitoring the treatment process to meet quality and safety standards.
Key Duties:

Operate and monitor treating equipment

Load and unload wood products

Follow safety and production procedures

Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of the work area
What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and willing to work 12-hour shifts

Manufacturing or equipment experience a plus

Able to work in an industrial environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
