Industrial Maintenance Painter
Location: Pineville, La | Pay: $14 per hour | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
We are hiring an Industrial Maintenance Painter to join our team. This position is responsible for painting, surface preparation, and general upkeep of equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
Responsibilities:

Perform painting, touch-ups, and surface preparation on equipment, machinery, and facility areas

Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications

Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition

Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and ventilation procedures

Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and removing old paint
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching

Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment
-
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Work on knees, crouched positions, and ladders as needed
Qualifications:

Previous painting or industrial maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
