Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Natchitoches, LA
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician for a well-established apartment community in Natchitoches. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and can handle general repairs and property upkeep.
Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repair work in apartments and common areas

Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner

Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucets, toilets)

Minor electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches)

Drywall repair, painting, and touch-ups

Basic carpentry and door/lock repairs

Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs

Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas

Trash removal and light janitorial duties

Assist with apartment turns (make-ready units)
Qualifications:
-
Previous maintenance, handyman, or apartment maintenance experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
