Job Full Description
A major hotel is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas. This role plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience by ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and restock bathrooms with towels, toiletries, and supplies
- Replace linens and ensure rooms meet hotel standards
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Clean hallways, lobbies, and other common areas as assigned
- Follow proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed in a timely manner
- Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests when needed
