Job Full Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sandblasters to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Alexandria, LA. The Sandblaster will be responsible for preparing metal and other surfaces for painting or coating by operating abrasive blasting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, strip, and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing.

Remove rust, paint, scale, grease, and other foreign matter from parts or surfaces.

Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform routine maintenance on blasting equipment.

Safely handle and dispose of blasting materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
