Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Express Employment Professionals of Alexandria is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Agent to join our team.

The ISA will focus on developing new business relationships, contacting potential clients, following up with prospects, and helping grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to applicants

• Develop and maintain associate relationships

• Follow up with prospects and leads

• Schedule appointments and client visits

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity

• Assist with other sales and office duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Professional and confident personality

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Basic computer skills

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

What We Offer:
