Receptionist–Baton Rouge, LA
Evaluation Hire
$18/hr – PART TIME
Mon-Thurs: 11 AM-5 PM
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for a Receptionist to assist in answering phones, greeting people, assisting people in finding the correct office, and setting up conference rooms for meetings. The applicant must exude professionalism at all times. This client is a foundation where they help philanthropists pursue their causes for bettering the lives of the people of South Louisiana. This is a long-term, permanent position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Answering phones
- Assist executive receptionist
- Greeting guests
- Routing calls
- Setting up conference rooms
- Showing guests where to go
Qualities and Experience Required:
- Processing UPS shipments is preferred, not required
- Customer service
- Great with people
- Professionalism
