Internet Sales Call Coordinator - BATON ROUGE
FULL TIME
$15 / Hr.
Monday – Friday 8am–5pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is hiring an Internet Sales Call Coordinator for a local car dealership in Baton Rouge. Candidate will be the first point of contact for online sales leads and will be responsible for scheduling calls, setting appointments, following up on leads and ensuring a seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Internet Sales Coordinator:
- Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, email and text.
- Schedule and coordinate sales calls or appointments.
- Maintain accurate and updated lead information in CRM system.
- Track, follow-up and ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
- Generate daily reports on lads and call outcomes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service focused, and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self Motivated with a result-driven
- Career-focused and results-driven mindset.
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
