Excavator Operator - Port Allen
Full-time
$22-24/hr.
Day Shift Monday - Friday
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for the Baton Rouge Road Construction Company. They currently have a bridge project in Port Allen. This is a great full-time long-term job opportunity with a large well-established construction company located in Baton Rouge. 40+ hours per week and $22-$24/hr. Resume and Interview required for this position.
Experience and Skills Required for Excavator Operator:
- Excavator Operator Experience Required
- Heavy Equipment Operator
- Experience with heavy highway construction is required
- Material Handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Steel-toe boots, safety vest, and hard hat required
- Ability to work days or nights depending on the construction needs, schedule subject to vary
Skills and Experience:
- The candidate must have 3 years of experience.
- Be able to operate equipment both safely and efficiently.
- Candidate must be able to work well with the crew and assist in other job functions as needed.
- Perform daily safety checks of equipment.
