Leasing Agent - Livingston Parish
FULL-TIME
$15/Hr.
Monday – Friday 9AM– 6PM
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a Leasing Agent for a local apartment complex in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. They are looking for someone with an upbeat and positive attitude as well as handling all leasing paperwork assigned.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Leasing Agent:
- Showing Apartments
- Customer Service
- Background check required
- Data Entry
- Answering Phones
- Light office cleaning
- Marketing experience
- Other tasks may be needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Prior experience in apartment leasing preferred
- Must have computer knowledge
- Must have an upbeat attitude
- Must have transportation
- MUST be available on weekends- rotating
