Apartment Maintenance Technician – Livingston Parish
Full Time – Evaluation Hire
$16/hr
Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for Maintenance Technician for a local apartment complex in Denham Springs.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Maintenance Technician:
- Minor Electrical work-changing out light switches and fixtures
- Minor Plumbing work on apartments
- Replacing Toilets, Faucets, and clearing drainage clogs
- Cleaning out dryer ducts
- Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
Skills and Experience REQUIRED:
- Must have maintenance experience
