Delivery Driver / Installer – Port Allen
EVALUATION HIRE
$18/hr.
Day Shift 7:30 am start with overtime and weekends
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Installer / Driver. This position involves transporting and installing headstones, markers, and related materials at cemeteries throughout the region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload memorials and installation equipment.
- Perform installation of monuments and markers according to specifications and layout plans.
- Operate company vehicles and light equipment such as lifts, dollies, or setting tools.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and proper placement of all installations.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in a clean and orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively with the office and team regarding deliveries, schedules, and site conditions.
- Follow all company and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round.
- Construction, masonry, or installation experience preferred.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
